Today is a big day at Pure as we launch our newest vegan soup with Virgin Radio DJ, Chris Evans and his wife Natasha. Our new soup is called Good Evans (see what we did there?) and is Natasha’s recipe that she makes for her family. This soup is a delicious, velvety combination of roasted cauliflower and cannellini beans blended with almond milk and herbs.
Natasha and Chris are both huge advocates of veganism and healthy living and we became friends with them after listening to his show and hearing Chris was a regular in our shops. Which is why we’re souper excited to see that our chance encounter has culminated in this launch of the Good Evans soup.
What’s more, for every Good Evans soup sold, we will donate a portion of soup to our friends at The Felix Project. Our admiration for the work that The Felix Project does is constant. However as we enter the winter months, we are even more humbled by the efforts our charity partner goes to, to support the most vulnerable people in London. And as always, we want to do our bit to help. So the more Good Evans soup you buy, the more we can give 🙏
Remember – Good Evans is only on the menu for this week!
