Market-leading pay rates
Join Pure as a Team Member from £12.71 per hour. As you develop your skills and progress to Team Member Plus, you can earn up to £12.90 per hour. If you already have experience as a Barista or Supervisor, you can earn up to £13.40 or £14.55 per hour, respectively. And if you don't have the experience yet, don't worry – we'll provide all the training and support you need to build a rewarding career with Pure.
Plus, every hour worked includes the opportunity to earn an additional £1.00 per hour through our Mystery Shopper Bonus, rewarding great customer service and consistently high standards.

Ewa
Ewa has been a champion of our work with the Felix Project and been part of our Pure family for almost seven years.
What did you do before you worked for Pure?
I finished a Master’s degree in International Relations in my country. I did couple of months of pretty boring admin internships and decided to take a break and to travel…
What is the best thing about working for Pure?
I feel proud of our sustainability mission: free filtered water, no extra cost for milk alternatives, reusable cup discounts. It is great to see that customers appreciate this too.
What’s your favourite dish on the menu?
Salmon Lovin’ grain bowl and So Clucking Good wrap are banging! And of course, I’m addicted to our amazing coffee
Who would play you in the film of your life?
I would give the honours to Scarlett Johansson (to attract the audience haha!)
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Buying more plants/flowers than I can fit in my flat and/or garden!

Gintare went from Team Member to Food Developer and recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary with Pure

There are so many amazing things about Pure. Pure is my second home, but if I need to choose it will be the people and Pure food

Grant Achatz, because he kept going despite adversity

What would your superpower be?
Some of my colleagues call me R2-D2 from Star Wars. Hopefully they mean I am cute and friendly rather than I act like a robot 😊
