London Rising

Ever since I was a little boy I dreamed of living and working in London. I wanted to be a part of this incredible, exciting and diverse city where everyone is welcome and anything is possible. I love so many things about London from the buzz of the West End shops and theatres, to the restaurants of Soho (where I started Pure), to the gleam of the skyscrapers next to beautiful old buildings in the City. One of the joys of my job is walking between our stores and as I cross Green Park returning from our Victoria shops, I am reminded of the beautiful green spaces that make London the best city in the world.

When I started my career, getting on the tube and grabbing a copy the Evening Standard was a daily routine (you had to pay for it back then…in cash…remember that?). It made me feel a part of this great city and so now, years later, I am very proud that Pure is supporting the Evening Standard London Rising campaign.

Pure is a company built to make being on the move in London more enjoyable. We have shops across the capital from Hammersmith to Canary Wharf and from London Bridge to Baker Street. We are the fuel behind hundreds of thousands of people as they get breakfast and coffee to start their day, grab lunch on the go or enjoy Pure food at meetings or events. The last year has been devastating for us and for London, but we are so happy to see all London’s energy reigniting again.
