How Pure caters for every dietary need, without the guesswork
Feeding a room full of different needs shouldn't mean extra admin for whoever's organising it. At Pure, dietary requirements aren't something we accommodate as an afterthought, they're built into how we cater from the very start. Here's exactly how.
Office catering for dietary requirements: that's how we do it
Organising office catering for dietary requirements shouldn’t mean extra admin for whoever’s booking it. At Pure, dietary needs aren’t something we accommodate as an afterthought, they’re built into how we cater from the very start, from the menu itself through to what turns up on the day.
Every dish, clearly labelled
Every wrap, sandwich and pretzel sub is individually wrapped, with allergens and ingredients printed clearly on the pack, so there’s no guessing what’s inside once the boxes are opened. You can also add tent cards to any order, which set out the allergens in every dish so your team can see exactly what’s in front of them without needing to ask a member of staff.
For anyone who wants to plan ahead of the day itself rather than check labels on arrival, we’ll send a full allergen matrix on request, everything mapped out in one place before a single item is ordered.
A menu built to flex
Across our catering range, we have over 60 vegetarian dishes and more than 30 that are fully vegan, alongside a dedicated gluten free bread range. Dietary needs are never a last-minute substitution here, they’re part of the core menu.
For plant-based lunches, that includes the Falafalo Soldier wrap, both fully vegan, plus the Rainbow Veg salad box for something lighter. Breakfast is covered too, with a Vegan Croissant Box and Mixed Vegan Pastry Box sitting alongside the standard pastry range.
If gluten’s the concern, our GF Bread sandwich boxes cover fillings from hot smoked salmon and cucumber to Wiltshire ham and mature cheddar, all handmade with no-gluten containing bread rather than a single token option.
Dessert is never an afterthought either. Our Super Rice Pudding, made with arborio rice, quinoa, coconut milk, agave nectar, orange zest and coconut chips, is free from all 14 major allergens and won a Great Taste Award, so it holds up as a proper option for a room with mixed dietary needs, not something reached for only when nothing else works. The Peanut Butter Choc Pot, made with dark chocolate, coconut yoghurt and Pip & Nut peanut butter, is another vegan pick that delivers on both flavour and dietaries.
Support beyond the menu
Menus and labelling only go so far, sometimes you just need to talk something through before you book.
Our account management team is on hand to help build the right order for your event, answer any dietary question in advance, or talk through anything the standard menu doesn’t quite cover. That’s particularly useful for larger events, where the mix of requirements in the room can be harder to plan for from a product list alone.
However complex the brief, we've got it covered
Whether it’s one dietary requirement in the room or ten, catering for everyone shouldn’t mean anyone settles for less, or spends the meeting picking around a shared platter hoping for the best. That’s the point of building dietary requirements into the menu from the start, rather than adjusting around it once the order’s already placed.
