Award winning Halloumi salad!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our Halloumi salad has won the most innovative food-to-go product at the 2018 British Sandwich Association and food-to-go awards, known as The Sammies!

Our delicious vegan Deli Pot, A Bit Moorish, won last year, meaning this is the second year in a row we have won the award. To be recognised by our peers as the most innovative of everyone is a fantastic achievement and we could not be more proud.

Here is what the judges had to say:

“Really innovative use of super grains and good texture balance. The dressing works well against the salt of the halloumi. This dish and the ingredients used have been really considered from the roasted beetroot to the charred veg.  A really delicious and health conscious lunch option.”

Next year we’re going for the hat-trick!..
