Tuesday 11th May 2021 was a surreal day. Not only did we launch our biggest, best and healthiest menu yet, our Founder and CEO, Spencer Craig, was invited to speak on Virgin Radio with Chris Evans!

After a tumultuous year, it was a highly emotional interview and a pivotal moment for Spencer and the rest of the team.

The response we received after the interview and since reopening our stores has been truly humbling and we could not be prouder of our teams or grateful for the support.
