We 💙 Lindsey

Pure is nothing without our team. We are so proud of the spirit they have shown during the lockdowns of the past year and the enthusiasm with which they have returned. There is little that’s more important than human connection at the moment so we thought you might like to get to know some our team a bit better. First up we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey. She’s our Assistant Manager at Pure Hammersmith and is coming up to her fifth anniversary with us. She exemplifies the positive energy of our team and is thrilled to be back now that our shops are all open. We asked Lindsey a few questions and have shared her answers with you so that you can get to know her (and us) a little better.

 

What’s your favourite dish on the Pure menu?

For breakfast I always go for Bacon & Egg Toastie with Oat Milk Latte. For lunch, it be the Chicken Picante Toastie

 

What advice would you give to someone new to the industry?

Work hard, don’t be afraid to make mistakes as you learn and ask questions

 

What is the best thing about working for Pure?

There are so many wonderful things about working for Pure. Mine will be that it has given me the opportunity to grow. Also working with your team feels like family

 

Which living person do you most admire, and why?

I admire Michelle Obama because she is a strong character, compassionate, self-confident, a powerful speaker, inspirational and beautiful

 

What is your most treasured possession?

I would say devotion, love and compassion

 

What would your superpower be?

Sensitivity to what people are thinking and feeling

 

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Watching a reality TV series all day…
