With the new season brings fresh flavours! 🌼

At Pure, we believe that food should be both delicious and healthy, and our new seasonal menu reflects just that.

As we move into the warmer months, we’ve got a range of delicious protein-packed grain bowls, light & summery salads (think fresh tomatoes, mozzarella & avo…), and possibly the most delicious chocolate pot we’ve ever had the pleasure of selling! 

Let’s start by saying hello to our two new Grain Bowls, but before we do, what’s the deal with grains we hear you ask?  

🌾 Firstly, grains are a great source of fibre, essential for maintaining healthy digestion and promoting a feeling of fullness. This means feeling satiated from lunch to dinner without needing to reach for sweet or salty treats (well not as much at least)! A large proportion of the UK population don’t meet the recommended daily fibre intake, so these grain bowls are an easy way to help hit that 30g per day target…

🌾Whole grains are a rich source of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins and iron, which are essential for energy production and maintaining overall health.

🌾We love the texture, flavour, and a satisfying crunch grains bring to a meal. 

So, whether you prefer quinoa, brown rice, or sourdough bread, we’ve got no shortage of options, including new seasonal recipes in each area!

BEETS & BABA GRAIN BOWL

PROTEIN POWER GRAIN BOWL

Protein-packed, summery and zesty, enjoy free-range lemon chicken, cucumber, edamame and chilli berries on a bed of tricolour quinoa. This recipe comes perfectly paired with Caesar dressing.
