Quinoa.

The base of our Nourish Bowls is a warm, cosy bed of tricolour quinoa. Although usually lumped into the same group as cereal grains, quinoa is actually a seed that’s eaten in the same way as a grain. There are many health benefits to quinoa, we love it because it is rich in both fibre and protein, two key nutrients essential for keeping us fuller for longer. Safe to say, we’re keen for quinoa.

Chargrilled Chicken.

Seasoned generously with garlic and smoked paprika for extra flavour. We’re not busting any myths here, chicken is a much-loved source of protein, protein being the nutrient that supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Speaking of, you’ll find a total 25 grams in our Harissa Chicken Nourish Bowl.

Spring Greens.

It’s no secret that most green things are really good for us. The ones you’ll find in our Nourish Bowls are packed with vitamins K, C and A, as well as being full of other good stuff. Vitamin K in particular plays an important role in keeping our blood and bones healthy.

Roasted Cauliflower.

This cruciferous vegetable is abundant in many vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin C is also well-known for its anti-inflammatory effects that may boost immune health – perfect for these colder months!

Hummus.

This indisputably popular, incredibly delicious dip is also packed with nutrients and has been linked to many health benefits including easing inflammation, promoting heart health, and supporting blood sugar management. Like other ingredients in our Nourish Bowl recipe, hummus is a great source of fibre. Maple Roasted Carrots.
