Protein
We’ve added beef as a new protein option to add even more variety to your catering order. Pure food is perfect for keeping your teams, clients and guests energised and satisfied throughout the day.
Pure Bibimbap Salad Box: This vibrant salad packed with salt beef, mixed leaves and pickled veg topped with a free-range poached egg and omega seed mix gives a filling and fresh taste. Finished with a spicy gochujang dressing on the side.
Salt Beef, Mustard & Pickles Pretzel Sub: A pretzel sub stuffed with salted beef, mustard sauce & pickled cucumber. Now available in: Pretzel Subs Box and Single Variety Pretzel Subs Box.
Beef, Horseradish & Rocket Sandwich: Handmade using salt beef, caramelised onion, tomato, rocket & horseradish mayo. Now available in: Mixed Sandwich Box, Meat Sandwich Box, and Single Variety Sandwich Box.
Individual Chicken Pots: Add an extra bit of protein to your catering with individual pots containing bite-sized chicken thigh pieces, in either Lemon & Herb or Sriracha.
Fibre
You’ll find even more fibre-rich fruits, vegetables and wholegrains across our new catering menu – essential for maintaining a healthy gut.
We’ve added more fibre to some of our catering products, for example, our bright and vibrant Rainbow Veg Salad Box – now with omega seeds!
