A protein-rich breakfast has many benefits. It provides a slow, steady release of energy, stabilises blood sugar levels, and helps you feel fuller for longer. Luckily, we’ve got a number of delicious, high-protein options you can kick off your day with.
Protein Egg Muffins
With three flavours to choose from, you’re spoilt for choice with our low carb, protein egg muffins. Pick the Pure Brekkie for big breakfast flavours including British cumberland sausage, sweet-cured bacon, and ketchup. Choose Cheese, Tomato & Spinach for a vegetarian option that still packs in the protein. Or go for Ham & Cheese, a classic combination that delivers on both fuel & flavour.
Super Eggs
A super simple but super delicious start to any morning. In each pot there are three free-range eggs scrambled with crème fraiche and petit pois – packing a total of 21 grams of protein. Enjoy them on their own, or add your favourite toppings for even more protein, we love Smoked Salmon and Avocado with ours.
Raspberry & Peanut Butter Yoghurt
If you prefer a sweeter start to your day but don’t want to miss out on protein, opt for our Raspberry & Peanut Butter yoghurt pot. Made with probiotic Greek yoghurt, raspberry compote and Pip & Nut Peanut Butter for a breakfast or snack that feels indulgent, but bags you 15 grams of protein.

Pure Protein Smoothie
Say no to powdery, tasteless protein shakes, and look no further for a truly tasty grab-and-go protein smoothie. Made with oat milk, vanilla protein, blueberries, strawberries & almond butter for extra creaminess. A regular contains 15 grams of protein, or make it a large for 30 grams.
