How do I know my order will arrive on time and as expected?

We know that reliability means everything to our customers and that orders arriving late or being incorrect adds undue stress to your day.

  • That’s why we only use the most reputable courier companies in London and our Customer Service team track every single order, monitoring its progress.
  • No hour long time slots here! Customers can choose a specific delivery time slot.
  • Customers are also sent live tracking links to the orders too, for extra transparency.
  • Our Catering Kitchen managers check every order before it leaves, doing their absolute best to ensure your order arrives as expected and you’re delighted with your Pure experience, time after time.
  • From time to time, our delivery drivers may be running a little early, so orders can be sometimes delivered up to 30 minutes ahead of your chosen delivery time. So, we’d ask that you ensure somebody is in the office to receive your order should this be the case, especially for breakfast orders.

What days and times do you deliver between?

We deliver 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

Monday to Friday
• Breakfast: 7:45am – 11:00am
• Lunch: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday & Sunday
• Breakfast: 9:00am – 11:30am
• Lunch: 11:30am – 4:00pm

Is there a minimum order amount?

For deliveries, the minimum ordering value is
£35 including VAT. Please note all menu prices
are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
 

Drop Point orders have a minimum of £1 and
£0.30 for card transactions.
 

If you are redeeming coins, the minimum redemption
is 100 coins (£1).

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charge is from £15.95, excluding VAT.

You don’t have to settle for hour long delivery slots
with us – you can choose the exact time you’d
like your delivery to arrive.

When you place your order you’ll be sent a live
tracking link so you have total peace of mind
about your order’s arrival time.

What is the cut-off time for placing orders?

For deliveries from our Pure Shop Menu
(individual items), orders can be placed
the same day up to 2 hours in advance
until 11:00am.
 

If you are placing a large order, we would
recommend placing this the day before to
make sure our teams can fulfil your order
and ensure we have all the
ingredients
needed for this.
 

For weekday deliveries from our Catering
Kitchen (sharing platters), orders must be
placed by 5:00pm,
at least one
business day before the order is due
(e.g by 5pmon Monday for delivery
on Tuesday).
 

For weekend deliveries, orders must be
placed by 
3:00pm on Thursdays. 

Doing Good

You buy, we donate. For every catering order made, we donate the cost of two school breakfasts* to Magic Breakfast.

Our wooden boxes are 100% biodegradable, and we work with the Woodland Trust to support the protection of trees in British woodlands.

For our shorter distance deliveries, we use cargo bikes, which are quieter and don’t generate any pollution.

Our catering is crafted to order, ensuring the utmost freshness and zero waste at the end of the day.

We pack our orders in recyclable cardboard boxes, and when we do use plastic bags, these are 100% recyclable too.
